This is an experiment of language and the development of how we communicate. Due to the increasing usage of text messaging and online chat rooms language has been distorted. The voice of today is a far cry from the eloquent speeches of yesteryear. Are we on the path to linguistic destruction or is this an unseen evolution of communication? We illustrated this by taking monumental speeches and translating them using today's common shorthand and colloquial Internet speech.
